1. Open the paper door: Open the receipt printer compartment on the back of the device. 2. Hold the green reset button: Press and hold the green button located inside the printer roll cavity for 15 full seconds.
If you have a new model Clover Mini 3 (Gen 3): 1. For newer third-generation models with a physical power button on the back left side. 2. Press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds, then select Reboot on the screen.

Clover has not published a status page update yet, but we are receiving reports of failed Clover credit card transactions and seeing the same in our logs; we are reviewing further and have reached out to the Clover and WPS teams for further log information and assistance.
